    Pre-implementation Planning is a five-day workshop for the Agency to help plan for organizational change. We will work the agency to define a strategic direction, identify core business functions and units, and develop an implementation timeline for change. Details are in the schedule below.

    Session 1:
    Participants
    - Project Manager, Executive Sponsors, Project Team
      Format - small workshop
    • Fact finding
    • Define Mission / Strategic Direction
    • Define core processes/organization levels - System focused
    • Identify areas effected
    • Identify key departments and people
    • Identify initial barriers to successful implementation
    • Identify key stakeholders from organizational levels
    • Define boundaries - Sensitive issues, things not open to change or discussion


    Session 2: Two days
    Participants
    - Project Team, Executive Sponsors, Departmental Representation
      Format - Large meeting / Forum with the project team presenting to gain organizational buy in.
    • Identify key stakeholders
    • Group activity - process analysis
    • Variance analysis - identify key variances
    • Identify variances that we expect Pathways Homecare to solve
    • Identify barriers to success
    • Facilitate new design - push agency through design
    • Assignments and checklists - beginning of project plan
    • Identify "what needs to take place to implement the new design?"
